About Oscar's Oscars is a small Scottish based music agency founded in 1995 by Ros and Bob Gilchrist. We specialise in folk music and the majority of the artists we represent are internationally renowned. Our artists come from all over the UK and Ireland and cover the whole spectrum of "folk" music - traditional songs and music from Scotland, England and Ireland, contemporary singer/songwriters, storytellers and musicians. We represent solo performers, duos and bands all of whom are available to perform at folk clubs, Arts centres, concerts, theatres, festivals and workshops. We can also supply bands for ceilidhs, parties or corporate events, as well as musicians (fiddle/pipes/accordion) to add a special touch to weddings.
